Prof. Dr. Kaliopi Naska
Prof. Dr. Kaliopi Naska, graduated in 1975 at the University of Tirana, Faculty of History and Philology, specialty "History - Geography". In 1994 she received the title of Doctor of Historical Sciences, and in 2005 the academic title "Professor".
She has worked as a Science Officer at the Institute of History at the Academy of Sciences, deputy director of the Central State Archive, deputy rector and dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Illyria University in Tirana, as well as a full-time lecturer in "Academic Writing" "Political and Administrative Systems in Albania", "State and Legal History in Albania".
In 1998 she completed the International Archives Internship in Paris and in 2000-2002 she was appointed as the Director of the BIEF Center (program of the Francophone Intergovernmental Agency) for Albania.
Since 2012, she is engaged as a lecturer at the Department of Political and Administrative Sciences at "Albanian University" and in October 2018 was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Albanian University.
Her field of research is the study of Albania's history and documentation. She is the author of a series of works in the field of national independence history. She has published a series of articles and papers in scientific journals at home and abroad. She has participated in national and international scientific conferences and various higher education institutions, contributing to numerous publications and lectures. By decision no.36, dated 23.05.2000, she received the title of the "Research Master".
