Open call for draft proposal 2022-2024
In line with implementation of Agreement between Ministry of Education and Sports in the Republic of Albania and National Research Center in the Republic of Italy for cooperation in the field of science, signed on 19.05.2017, Ministry of Education and Sports in cooperation with National Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation (NASR), opens the third round of bilateral technical and scientific research between Albania and Italy.
Researchers from all fields and all phases of career, associated with a research institution are invited to present joint draft proposals.
Research groups coordinators of each country are asked to submit the necessary documents for the application in their respective. For researchers from Albania, the responsible institution shall be National Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation. For researchers from Italy, the responsible is the National Research Center (CNR).
All the interested are asked to apply by filling all the requirements and applications forms in the documents attached to this call:
- 3 copies of the draft proposal, find attached the template in each language – English and Albanian;
- 3 copies of the CVs of research groups of both countries;
- 1 paperwork from the head of institution.
Documents shall be submitted in hard- copy and electronic version (cd) at the National Agency of Scientific Research and Innovation (NASRI), located in Rruga Naim Frashëri Nr.1, Tiranë, within the deadline envisaged for this call, 08.09.2022- 07.11.2022.
Draft-proposals shall be reviewed and assessed according to approved evaluation systems in each country, whereas the winner will be declared following comparison of assessments in both states.
Successful draft- proposals shall be financed for a 2 year period with separated grants for each year, which will be delivered according to the request and in line with the financial table attached to the draft-proposal.
The amount of grant for each year should not be more than 2500 EUR, which will be converted into ALL at the payment phase.
We underline that funds which will be allocated for purposes of this project shall be used only for realisation of mobilities of researchers. Needs for equipments must be provided by the research institution in which are associated the researchers.
