In compliance with implementation of law No. 80/2015 “On higher education and scientific research in higher education institutions the Republic of Albania” and CoMD No. 436 dated 3.6.2020 “On determination of criteria for the average grade 2020-2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, we do hereby inform as following:
1. Main criterion for admission in “Albanian University” is the successful completion of secondary education.
– For university study programs is required a minimal average grade of 6.5, while for study programs “Primary Education Teaching”, “Pre-school Education Teaching”, “General Psychology” is required an average grade of 8 and for the study program “English” the criterion for average grade is 7.
– Applicants for the study program“ Bachelor in Design”, in line with item 3 of CoMD No. 436, dated 03.06.2020, are excluded from the obligation of meeting the average grade criterion.
– For 2-year professional study programs, average grade is not a criterion.
– For second cycle study programs, only students who meet the requirements defined by MoES shall be admitted, until completion of quotas.
– Find attached the criteria that shall enable listing of applicants in ”Albanian University” for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic year (if there shall be no changes in the legal framework), according to programs.
2. For second cycle of studies:
– Only students who meet the requirements set by MoES shall be admitted, until completion of quotas.
