The conference was attended by senior representatives of international organisations and scientific research institutions of remembrance, representatives of diplomatic corps, academicians, professors, friends and Jewish co-patriots, representatives of families who sheltered Jews during Holocaust, with a great contribution and role in documentation and certification of consequences of the biggest catastrophe of the 20th century –  Holocaust, where about 6 millions lives were lost due to racial hatred expressed in the final eradication formula of Nazis.  Opening speech was held by Academician Skënder Gjinushi, Head of Academy of Sciences was followed by 14 scientific research papers.

For recognition of scientific values of this international conference, we appreciate the invitation extended by Academy of Sciences, which enabled a group students of Albanian University accompanied by Prof.Dr. Kaliopi Naska to attend the proceedings of the conference and learn about the latest scientific information about the importance of moral and political national values of the society and Albanian people during Second World War, common resistance and coexistence of Albanian and Jews during Shoah and further, by getting acquainted with the documents displayed in the exhibition with archive sources dedicated to this day.
