Qualifications and Requirements
· Academic Title: Professor, Associate Professor, or Ph.D. / Dr. degree in Dentistry.
· Proven experience in teaching, clinical expertise, and scientific publications.
· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to successfully lead a team.
· Prioritizing academic leadership and departmental development, with a focus on curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and the long-term strategic development of Dentistry at Albanian University.
· Good proficiency in the English language.
· Previous experience in academic management, departmental leadership, or curriculum development is an asset.
