On January 22, 2026, in the lobby of the Art & Design Department, the glass-cube exhibition of “The Bag” by student Juliana Murataj was inaugurated.
The activity “Harvesting Innovation with EIT Manufacturing – Transforming Albania’s Manufacturing Landscape” includes a co-creation bootcamp, where interdisciplinary teams work on innovative solutions using leather waste from the company ProDyn, as well as a Demo Day near the company’s industrial production lines, where ideas are prototyped and tested in practice. The focus is on sustainable design, circular economy, and the creation of products with market potential.
This initiative creates direct opportunities for university students and researchers, including those from Albanian University, to connect with European innovation networks and to develop practical skills in creation, prototyping, and entrepreneurship.
