Kicks off the Summer School on “Western Balkans, Social Policies and European Integration”, a cooperation between Albanian University, La Sapienza University of Rome, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës and University of Tirana. 

Activities in the framework of the Summer School on “Western Balkans, Social Policies and European Integration” kicked off on Monday, July 8, 2024. This event is a cooperation between four universities : Albanian University, La Sapienza University of Rome, “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës and University of Tirana.

Upon participation of academic staff and students, in the course of these days were held lectures from Dr. Daniele Aoisi “EU Programs and Western Balkans”, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Eva Teqja “Economic Political Questions and European Integration of the Western Balkans”, Dr. Belina Bedini “Social policies on third age in the Western Balkans context”.

In the next days, there will be lectures from Prof. Giuseppe Motta, Prof.Assoc. Renata Tokrri, Prof.Assoc. Jordan Daci, Prof. Dr. Andon Kume, Prof. As. Dr. Evis Garunja, Dr. Arian Dedej, Dr. Ines Sastra, Prof. Alessandra Mignoli, Prof. Marco Cilenti. 

At the weekend, the summer school will move to the beautiful city of Berat, in Colombo Hotel, to continue with lectures and activities, in order to turn this unique academic experience into more interesting.
