Albanian University and the General Directorate of Archives (DPA) have officially launched their joint project, “Digitization of Local State Archive Fund Inventories 1954-2000.”
In the presence of the Rector of Albanian University, Prof. Dr. Pavllo KONGO, and representatives from the General Directorate of Archives, discussions focused on the project’s implementation, achievement of key objectives, and the active involvement of students through training sessions, practical experience, and final certification.
Interested students have enrolled as active participants in this four-month project, engaging in structured training sessions and hands-on applications. This initiative aims to equip them with specialized knowledge and practical skills in archiving and digitization, preparing them for future professional challenges.
This significant collaboration marks a major step towards the modernization and preservation of our archival heritage for future generations.
